Ingredifind, the UK innovator in allergen management solutions, today announced a new integration with Adaco by Fourth, the global leader in hotel inventory management.

By integrating Ingredifind’s best-in-class allergen management technology with Adaco’s robust recipe and inventory modules, hotels can now flag specific allergens within their Adaco platform and automatically feed this information into Ingredifind’s digital menu. As a result, guests gain instant access to accurate, up-to-date allergen information at the point of service.

  • Built on Adaco data: Reduce or remove risky communication steps between staff and guests. This integration sends allergen data already in Adaco and communicates digitally to the guest at the table. No more allergy folder or matrix needed. No word of mouth risk.

  • Better Allergen Communication: Hotels can choose which allergens to flag in Adaco’s central recipe library. Ingredifind ingests a daily feed and can also refresh when changes are made, ensuring that guests and staff always access the latest allergen information, either from the room, bar, restaurant or sun lounger!

  • Enhanced Guest Experience: Guests can view detailed allergen declarations, ranging from gluten, nuts, and dairy to less common ingredients such as garlic or pepper - directly on digital menus or via QR-codes. This direct-to-guest transparency builds trust, reduces confusion and minimizes the risk of allergic incidents.

  • Easier for Staff: With regulations and menus continually evolving, hotel staff can’t be expected to keep up.
