By integrating Ingredifind’s best-in-class allergen management technology with Fourth RME (previously StarChef), restaurants can now flag specific allergens within their Fourth RME platform and automatically feed this information into Ingredifind’s digital menu. As a result, guests gain instant access to accurate, up-to-date allergen information at the point of service.

This direct-to-guest transparency builds trust, reduces confusion and minimizes the risk of allergic incidents.

Built on Fourth RME data: Reduce or remove risky communication steps between staff and guests. This integration sends allergen data already in Fourth RME and communicates digitally to the guest at the table. No more allergy folder or matrix needed. No word of mouth risk.

Better Allergen Communication: Restaurants can choose which allergens to flag in Fourth RME’s central recipe library. Ingredifind ingests a daily feed and can also refresh when changes are made, ensuring that guests and staff always access the latest allergen information.

Easier for Staff: With regulations and menus continually evolving, front of house staff can’t be expected to keep up. Automating the flow of allergen data from Fourth RME to Ingredifind’s Staff Links empowers waiters to answer any query with the guest, rather than relying on word of mouth via the chef / manager.
